How Casa de Fe Started

Casa de Fe, nestled in the heart of Playa del Carmen, Mexico, is more than just a church; it's a beacon of unity and faith born from the visionary journey of Pastor Steve and Holly Taft.

Inspired by their deep-rooted passion for cross-cultural ministry, the Tafts, ordained Foursquare ministers from Bend, Oregon, embarked on a transformative mission in 2017.

Drawn to the vibrant and diverse community of Playa del Carmen, they envisioned Casa de Fe as a sanctuary where individuals from all walks of life could gather under the universal language of love and faith.

Bolstered by their background in Ministry Training Institute and fueled by a desire for community building, Steve and Holly, alongside a dedicated team, established Casa de Fe as a haven for believers, transcending cultural boundaries.

Guiding this thriving congregation are Joel and Veronica, seasoned leaders with a bilingual, bicultural perspective honed through years of ministry in both Mexico and the United States.

As the lead pastors of Casa de Fe, their vision extends beyond the church walls, aiming to strengthen the Foursquare presence in southern Mexico and beyond, nurturing future leaders to plant seeds of faith throughout the region.

At Casa de Fe, the journey of faith knows no bounds, as every soul is welcomed into the embrace of a vibrant and inclusive community.
